Absolutely terrible I don’t understand why they can’t give you fresh HOT chips us as customers shouldn’t ask for fresh HOT CHIPS they should know their job it’s not like I’m not paying for it. absolutely terrible if I can give minus 5 stars I would! Specially when they’re not busy!

This place here is not good at all. One time I get raw chicken with black areas and slimy skin and another time I get burnt burger patties. Do not risk it with this place. If you feel like oportos avoid this place like the plague and go to another store.

The food here is absolutely terrible. It's not worth your time or money.

This restaurant is the worst! The chips were cold, and the staff spent more time chatting in the back than attending to customers. There's clearly no effort put into the food. The burgers taste and look different every time I order, and they come with just two pieces of wilted lettuce. Save your money and eat somewhere else!

I typically order a lot from this restaurant, and I’ve always been pleased with both the food and customer service. However, today I picked up a pulled chicken dish and had a different experience. The staff were very friendly, but while eating, I encountered several unpleasant and hard bits that made me feel uncomfortable, and I almost choked a few times. I’m positive these pieces came from the pulled chicken, as I had to pull out quite a few from my dish. This was the first negative experience I've had with this place. I previously ordered a pulled chicken wrap from another Oporto's location and didn’t face any issues at all. Overall, I was disappointed.
