Client since the opening, I see a sharp deterioration in the quality of pizza. When you order a large pizza at 14€ you expect a minimum of quality and attention, you feel that the ingredients fell on the dough, one side more topped than another, the products are no longer good...

Free pizza denied! This noon I ordered a classic pizza big model from the BASSENS 33 kiosk. Being a customer of this one for many years I wonder about customer loyalty. As I used to with this sign and as it is written on all leaflets 10 points 1 free classic pizza. So I introduce myself to the bass kiosk to recover my pizza and there the seller looking at my coupons tells me that he can't take the pizza kiosk coupon that doesn't have the pad stamped bass. He also tells me that this coupon can come from another kiosk of this sign fortunately it is not a coupon of competition and it is the delivery of his manager.So here I am with 9 coupons of this Basque stamped sign and 1 coupon of the unbushed sign and a pizza billed and paid. Therefore you will all easily understand my astonishment regarding this unmarketing practice and my frustration as a loyal customer. It is truly a false advertising I don't advise this place
