Our tour guide recommended Mosteiro Do Leito. I had the succulent piglet and it was delicious. The skin was crispy, crunchy. and a beautiful color. Every last bite. The entree included a salad and homemade potato chips. Of course, I could not leave without having dessert. The panda cotta with blueberry sauce was devine.
