The closter was built for independence portugals. batalha is a popular tourist attraction. very smart with shops and caffes around every corner. worth a visit.

We stoped by after visiting the monastery. They have a bug variety of pastries and excellent coffee. We liked everything we ordered.

We went as a group. Between two tables they only had one bill we could share. The cheeseburgers we got were so so.. and they didnt split our Bill's as asked. I would maybe try it for the bakery but not a meal

No largo junto ao Mosteiro da Batalha, bonita pastelaria com excelente vista sobre o monumento. Esplanada. Barquinho de ovo e brownie excelentes.
