Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My family and I had an excellent experience on 8-30-24 as we were passing thru headed to Southaven Ms to visit family. Monica the manager and our waiter did an excellent job. In todays society we always give negativity but this has been the best customer service hands down!

This is my most favorite place to eat! This location was great. The girl that was our waitress was probably the best one I have ever had.

Food and Service was extremely terrible. I came in at 5;00 in the afternoon. 8-18-24. Ordered the New York Strip, medium, it came out Well Done tough as Boot Leather. Back to the Service. I received my salad and waited and waited, but no drink. I finally flagged down the guy to bring me my drink. After I ate my Boot Leather Stake. I waited and waited, then asked someone else to bring me my bill. The Server at no point ever came to check on me to see if I needed or wanted anything. I didn't take the time to talk to the Manager because I didn't feel like going to jail because of bad service and food.

I will not be eating at Cracker Barrel in Batesville, Ms. Service was slow, and the food was overcooked. I don't recommend this place at all.
