Church's Chicken - Baton Rouge

Worker was to much focused on closing than satisfying the costumer i had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with certain purchases after i purchased and told her about the coupon for the sandwich she said they were out which i thought wasnt true

I went on the government road in baton rouge to chicken the church. I don't know if it was because they had a new crew or they weren't seasonal and it was a new crew. the window pen was not friendly and the hen was tasteless, they were also made from many sides. again there could have been a day when it waited for show, but someone should have gone next door and got some salt and pfeffer, at least to season this huh. the dollar store is next door a cross of the steet. happy customers are always just saying. fyi they are in the rule on point, therefore it is a 3 and not a 2.

Waited in a long line to get our dinner. Saw one guy going in to work filthy. Get to the drive up window and he's fixing our food. Never washed hands or anything. I've worked in food service for 31yrs. I would never let my workers come to work like that or be around food. Then after getting home the chicken was old and refried.

Food used to be good at this location. I ordered a family meal. They only had coleslaw and French fries. I did not receive my biscuits and the chicken was horrible. The gizzards was cold, big and hard. Never eating churches again.

Long slow line bad customer service and they charge for BBQ sauce that's normally free if you order plus they where out things on the menu. Yesterday reminded me why I stopped going to this franchise. I won't forget again. Don't waste your time money or energy on this lame excuse for a restaurant.
