Krab Queenz Seafood - Baton Rouge

This place was great! My wife and I shared the $30 plate and ordered extra corn. We had the spicy garlic sauce and it was a perfect choice. The crabs were delicious and my wife really enjoyed the shrimps and corn! They seemed to be more busy when we were there, which is always a great sign. This is definitely some of the best boiled seafood I had in a long time! Recommend others to try this place! Good work Krab Queenz!

Today was my second time to go and I enjoyed it both times! The Daiquiri I had was good and so was the food! I had enough good to go home a nice box for my son! A photo is after you go some way into a box and share with my best friend

Everything was great! Our server Daisy was the best! All she recommended was right on the money. Fresh delicious seafood! And some of the best sausages I had.

I am a frequent visitor at this location. I have noticed over the last year that the customer service has gone down quite a bit. Some of the staff is very informative, others don’t have a clue, and then you have those who don’t seem to care. Great customer service is not an option it is a requirement. Offer jobs to someone who is a little older and knows how important customers are to a business because the younger generation is just there for the money. The seating arrangement is the worst and needs immediate attention. There are too many times I have walked in and was taken ahead of other customers or vice versa. Invest in more pagers to eliminate confusion and to control the crowd. Last but not least, when it comes to public restrooms they should be cleaned more often. The basics will suffice, like making sure the trash is empty and stocked with soap and paper towels. When the workers go to the bathroom, what are they washing their hands with? Just makes you wonder. Don’t continue to open up more restaurants, while forsaking the upkeep and customer service on ones that are located in certain areas. The support is there from the community so show some appreciation.
