Applebee's Grill - Battle Creek

I work in Battle Creek, Michigan but live in Ohio. I frequently eat at the Battle Creek Applebees. The manager Crystal is simply amazing, very friendly, she actually talks with you, not just through you. She listens to your concerns, she genuinely seems to care about you as a person. The waitress Kristi is the perfect employee. She makes you feel at home, she makes you feel like you matter. She interacts with you, she makes you want to come back for more. Both of these people should be acknowledged for their impeccable custom service and general overall caring attitude.

The staff here are great and are able to provide quality and timely service. The cooks work fast and well- and the servers are always on it when tending to their customers needs; let alone the host stand always has someone paying attention 10/10

Waited 10 minutes at the host stand, while the restaurant was full of open tables, to be told the wait was 10-15. Been waiting 45 minutes for a text to tell us our table's ready. Host was not polite and does not care about her job.

Very nice polite waitress, but they can only cook over my steak so often. only one word of advice when you steak comes on a skilled pry cook it to a lower attempt than they plan to serve it.

I had stopped a fast drink and ate for a happy hour, I had no problem sitting because the place was almost empty. when I waited, I noticed that the server were in the door to talk the kitchen and have fun and to tear around. I waited and tried to catch the eyes of the young ladies laughing, but was ignored, I was even seen by one of the girls middle talks and she gave me a noto inviting expression of angry. I just got up and went out quietly after nobody gave me a cup of water. thanks to full they took my order at buffalo wild wings over the way much faster and I don't wait long for their happy hour and eat.
