Burger King - Battle Creek

During our visit, we found that much of our time was spent waiting. One staff member even told another to wait for us, despite the fact that we were the only ones in the lobby. I also paid extra for jalapeños and was disappointed to receive just two on my burger. Overall, I don't think I'll return, especially since the music was overly loud.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've visited. I tried to give them another chance, but I regret it. My orders are almost always missing something, or the food is simply inedible due to being left out for far too long. Today, I requested my burgers to be cooked fresh (not from the tablet), but they were at best lukewarm. Every time I visit, it feels like the staff are inconvenienced by fulfilling my order.

This place is awful. Don't waste your time here. I waited 20 minutes for a cold meal while the manager just stood around. The service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bk just has to die, most can not keep enough personal to even open the load for the day. the few still open they will leave an hour waiting before they tell them they can't have what they ordered.

Young man at the drive thru was friendly and efficient--really seemed to care about taking care of customers
