Mcdonald's - Battle Creek

I would rate this place higher if they could improve their consistency in both speed and accuracy. Sometimes my orders come out wrong, which can be frustrating. When they do get it right and serve quickly, it's a great experience.

I recommend this place because I've never had an issue with my orders. However, it would be helpful if there was a consistent policy for customers who only want hot water. I don't see why I should be charged nearly $4 for two cups of hot water, especially when I was charged for teas I didn't order. This policy seems to change based on who is working. Just a few days ago, I was informed that I could request hot water without being charged, as it's just water. Honestly, I would prefer not to pay for the hot water at all, but if someone orders a large iced water, I believe it costs around $1 or $1.25. At my previous job, it was only 25 cents since you were charged for the cup. So why not apply the same logic to hot water? Charging $3.79 for two cups of hot water makes it seem like I'm being charged for two cups of tea, which I didn't even want. Additionally, I've used POS systems where menu item prices can easily be adjusted.

Slow, but almost always correct and fresh. they have a lot of equal employees, so they are likely decent for work compared to others.

Asked me to pull forward because the orange juice I ordered with my meal wasn 't ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes I backed up to the window and told them they forgot it. The guy working tried to hand me a small orange juice when I ordered a large. When I told him he was rude and said Customer 's always right all condescendingly. I can 't believe they made me pull up for orange juice and then got rude after my food got cold waiting for them.

The McDonald's in Richland Michigan is always a joke they have two lanes to order but only use one it takes forever in line. I have to sit at least 10 to 15 min everytime I go in line and then I have to check my order before I pull away because more times than not it's wrong.
