Burgerville - Battle Ground

We typically avoid this restaurant due to previous negative experiences, but today we decided to give it another chance. I'm glad we did! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. We sat near the front counter, and it was delightful to see how warmly the staff interacted with both customers and each other. Everyone was friendly, and their teamwork created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great experience! We'll definitely be back!

I absolutely adore Burgerville. The food is delicious, and their shakes are incredible. This is one of the top spots in town for a burger, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. My wife and I often take the kids here for a meal and a little dessert. If you haven't tried their shakes yet, you're truly missing out. They offer seasonal flavors, and everything is made fresh with locally sourced ingredients.

I typically have a great experience at this Burgerville. They usually excel at getting everything right and providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case yesterday. I ordered a Walla Walla burger and it didn't come with the sauce, and they also forgot another burger we ordered. We considered going back to get it resolved, but it was a hot day, and we had already waited quite a while for our order.

The fries were good, but that's all. The burgers were soaked in grease and part of the cheese wrapper was left on. Think I'll pass on this place.

Seems like this is becoming more of a problem. Last few orders we have missing items in order. For the prices being charged the orders should be nothing less than perfection. $50 for 3 burgers, 2 fries and a drink should have been enough to ensure quality service. I hate having double check other people’s work. We did call after we got home and they are sending a gift card for the amount we are out but that is little consolation for the person that was out the burger for their dinner. Just do better or lower your prices so people expect less.
