Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baxter

I walked into the restaurant at 8 PM on a Friday and was greeted by an empty space that was in disarray. I had ordered ahead through the app, but if I hadn’t already paid, I would have left immediately. Most of the tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and according to my husband, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the men's room. The most disturbing part was the food scraps scattered all over the counter and prep area. The carne asada was so tough that I couldn’t eat it, and they had run out of fajita vegetables. I voiced my concerns through the app and received two free entrees as compensation, but I won’t be returning to that restaurant. I would have preferred a refund.

This is the best Chipotle I've visited in the area. The staff members were incredibly respectful and friendly. The place was very clean, and the portion sizes were just right! I usually don’t write reviews because I prioritize consistency, but this location truly delivered.

My order arrived 30 minutes late, and the dining area was messy and disorganized. Additionally, my order was incorrect. This was my first negative experience at a Chipotle, and I found it very disappointing.

Disgusting dirty. Had to ask for someone to clean off a table. Not one clean! Floor was filthy. Garbages all full. Kitchen was gross. Food was ok. But felt gross eating it?

This is place is a mess. Both times we have been there, food is all over the counter and floor, ingredients are out -no veggies, no corn, no guacamole! I understand being short staffed but a good manager could help this place a lot!Vegetarian options: No veggies available
