Okay, let's get real. Where in the lake area can you get what you want to eat if you have a stack of allergies? Prairie Bay took the challenge and exceeded all expectations we had. Every time firm comes, I take it to PB and it was always great! The prices are worth every bite, because this is not just another place to eat... it's best to eat. So easy!

We used Prairie Bay to our wedding in the NP room last May and it was great! The food was a big thing for us and I wanted people to love it and do it! I highly recommend the brisket and potato pulp: My husband and I had a budget, but we wanted to offer a late night bar and have a fed meal and Nick and his team were great to work with us to give us everything we wanted and stay in our budget. During the entire process Nick brought his assistant Cela, who was surely a game changer! It is like its right hand and is extremely detailed oriented, which is extremely soothing for a bride. She was always available for questions and had quick answers. She was also on the day of our wedding, so I knew things were perfect. Another thing I loved about Prairie Bay is dishes, glassware, ice and water service, as well as napkins and cutlery. These are the small things you do not think about when you have a cater or decide which food options have, but their options are high end and definitely go with overall ambience they offer. They also let us make several tastings so that my husband and I can refine the menu choices and allow our parents to join separately. This is a huge plus on the customer service page for me! Overall recommend Prairie Bay for your wedding!

Another fine meal in Iron Range Eatery, short ribs were above the top. Grandchildren enjoyed being out in the terrace, service was great, perfect at the end of the commemorative week.

We were there for Date Night. We had a glass of wine, chicken and goat cheese Stuffed Peppers and the Jerk Chicken excellent as our appetizers. We ordered three cheese tortellini for death! and the smoked brisket with calorie potatoes. I would not recommend the brisket, it was salty and felt as if it had been soaked in broth to keep it tender. I recommend the Tortellini! For Dessert, we will share the Bourbon Créme Brûlée again excellent! and we brought home the chocolate-papie jewelry without being excessively sweet for later. Excellent service and a cheerful culinary experience. If we lived closer, we would often visit Prairie Bay.

A gem! First time here to celebrate our anniversary. Dave the bartender was FANTASTIC! Great drink recommendations, food was fantastic and unique menu. Highly recommend to those who want a variety in menu and to support locally.
