Kfc - Bay City

Whenever I need a quick dinner for my family, I turn to KFC. The staff is always friendly, and the food is tasty. We really enjoy the 12-piece meal. It is a bit pricey, but I understand that it's a business and they need to make a profit. We typically visit KFC about twice a month for a convenient supper.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait for a bit. When I finally got to the window, I requested honey mustard and ranch dips. I was then asked to pull over and wait. After a 7-minute wait, they brought out our food and assured us everything was in order. When I drove the 10 miles home, I found that while we did receive the correct food for once, they gave us BBQ and KFC dips instead of the ranch and honey mustard I requested. The chicken strips were tasty, but it seems they’ve changed suppliers for the coleslaw, as it wasn’t as good as I remember—just mediocre.
