I've dined here twice in two weeks, and both experiences were fantastic. The first time I ordered takeout, and the food was fresh and steaming hot. On my second visit, I dined in, and the food was just as excellent. They did seem a bit understaffed, but the waitress was fantastic. I've tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area, and this one stands out as exceptional. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.

Poor service 40 minutes before our app showed up. The couple sitting at the next table after we were seated had their app finished and meal started before our app showed up. Meals were ok. When I spoke about the slow service the person in charge of the floor said it was not the servers fault it was the kitchen staff problem so I asked to speak someone about them and was told the kitchen staff were the owners and wouldn't come out. First and last time for Fortune Restaurant.
