Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bay Shore

Ordered veggie burrito bowl, placed the order online while standing in line because I had credit online. When I placed the order, it said that the order is ready. When I asked if the food was made with fresh gloves because I am vegetarian by religion, they said they don 't know and if you want special instructions, you have to come in person. I told them I was standing in line, they argued so much just because they did not want to accommodate religious request. Imagine a muslim asking for certain meet and they put pork instead of requested meat. These guys have no respect for customers or their religion. The workers here are insult to Chipotle franchise. The person who I spoke to was Amanda... she threw out my food, yelled at me, and kept ignoring me for at least 15 minutes. When I didn 't leave, she confronted me again. I proceeded to ask the manager name, but the guy in the front literally ran to employees area in the back and left the cash register so he could evade giving me the name of manager.

I would love to give this place 0 stars but will have to do. After receiving a beef and chicken burrito bowl... I barely got any chicken, no beef and a small amount of grilled vegetables!Food: 1/5

Unfortunately did not have a good meal. The rice was undercooked with big pieces of parsley, the guacamole was getting brown, they were out of chips, and the fountain machines weren’t working. This location needs to be managed better

I already lost count of all the times that Chipotle left me owing money every time I go there I always owe a dollar two dollars fifty cents it's always the same I think that with everything they owe me I could buy a car

One of my favorite Chipotle, they are clean, professional, friendly, and offer the right amount of food if you get there before 7 pm because, after that time, five start services go to 3.They try to close the line early because if you arrive at 8:30 they will always be out of something. I understand that you were trying to close and leave, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop preparing food an hour early. They need better management with time.
