If we saw that before we got our meal we would have LEFT BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING! But that was not the case. However, we were the ONLY patrons in the establishment, which is fine. Service was terrible. The young man who was waiting on us, forgot my water (which is not a big deal) but he was incredibly SLOW. We were still eating when a group of individuals came in AFTER us and left BEFORE us. Not right. We were a group of 2, the group that came in after us and left before us were a group of 6. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter to come back, we were all finished by this point. The waiter NEVER came back to check on us, if we needed anything else, or if the food was good, nothing. We were going to ask for the check and he was going to keep walking passed us saying I 'll be right back. We stopped him and asked for the check. Took another 10 minutes to get the check. When we went to pay I specifically instructed that my $25 gift card be used FIRST and then the cash for the balance. This young man completely disregarded what I asked him to do, and took the cash off first then brought me the gift card back with 41 cents left on it. This is NOT what I asked you to do.I spoke with management about this. She seemed very apologetic. By this point it was not the 41 cents I really cared about, it was the principle of it all. The incompetence of the waiter.Management was superb. She was amazing. She gave me back my 41 cents in cash. Now my best friend who has worked in food service before, (and even I knew how it was supposed to go) said the same thing as the manager said, that the card payment should ALWAYS be used FIRST and then the cash. The whole point of using the gift card was to use the whole thing, not have some stupid amount on it. She said she would speak with the young man, which is NOT his first trail and error. Turns out he 's been spoken to twice before about similar things and he 's only been there 2 months. Long enough to know his job pretty well. Being a server is NOT a hard job. Dealing with the public is.My intent was NEVER to get anyone in trouble, but when you blatantly disregard a customer 's request, yes something needs to be said.I won 't be back at this establishment and it 's mostly due to the decaying ceilings in the dining room. No customer wants to see that while eating.
I really enjoy this location . The is great and the managers are always walking around talking to the guest . The food is always great too !Kid-friendliness: My children love TGI Fridays !
Me and my family we’re waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take are order people passed by and didn’t care we left and no one care that there were losing customers also when we went in fridays it smelled like weed and in the inside to were people we’re eating.
Shrimp was dry, chicken was dry, new shrimp took 30 mins to make in an empty restaurant. Crab bite appetizer was good drinks were good but overall not a good experience. Used to be much better.Maybe we'll give it another shot but
I can always count on having a good time here. Drinks are great and Dominique is always so pleasant. She always makes sure to check on us and we appreciate that type of service.
