A beautifully held restaurant with terrace on the dock on the edge of the dive giving a pleasant view of the typical houses of Bayonne. We wanted something that wasn't too touristic, that was the case. Inside: a lobster ravioli of the day (17€) and a crab freshness (16€). the crab was well squeezed without hard pieces, all served with tomatoes, guacamole and germs. In flat a risotto of creamy lobsters (23€) and roasted milk lamb, melted apples. Lamb served mellow.Only flat, the dessert of the day: a fishing crumble too dry despite the ice ball. The service would be worth gaining quickly.
A 20-euro menu very nice, entries and dishes were successful. terrace on the edge of the level. special mention for sand with excellent red fruit.
Warm atmosphere and modern decor. the dishes are very well developed and executed quickly. A brigade certainly at the height. a beautiful map with regional products processed with a lot of care. very recommendable, however it is best to book.
Attracted to the place because well placed. we stopped on the menu of the day at 20€ which was very satisfied not especially for the price but for the quality of the dishes and finely chosen flavors.
