We are from the Chesapeake bay area very used to blue crab meat and love it. This was nothing like that. What kind of crab does your meat come from? I would not recommend it.
One of the worst seafood processors I've ever dealt with. The owner has a very nasty attitude and has no sense of costumer service. His son is ok to deal with but after being cussed at by the father, I will make sure no one I know will ever buy a product from Olympic Shellfish Product again.
