Mcdonald's - Bayside

Based on my previous experience in the retail industry, the manager at this restaurant was impressive. They handled everything from drive-thru and Uber Eats orders to in-person orders efficiently and remained composed throughout.

The restaurant was pretty decent. The service was quick and efficient, even though the place was busy. The staff were very attentive to our needs.

Consistently fresh, tasty food served by professional and friendly staff. Always a happy customer when dining here!

I bought two breakfast meals this morning and when I came home, my 2 hash brews were stale and hard and we had to throw them away! in all the years in which we were customers we had never had such a problem, but it was very disturbing. Usually we enjoy mc donald’s breakfast, but I ask you to be more careful in the future!

I ordered from the drive thru, I asked for 2 packs ketchup when I order, when the lady past me food from the 2nd window, I check my bag immediately because so many times they don’t give you the ketchup or BBQ sauce even you ordered. I didn’t see any ketchup in the bag, so i asked the lady can I have 2 ketchup, she was very rude and told me is in other bag and she didn’t give me any. There were couple cars behind me, I don’t want hold the line so I left. Again, no ketchup in my order at all! My son is only one need ketchup for his fries. I had drive to the stop shop to buy him bottle ketchup.
