Hooters - Baytown

Service was slow and they were not even busy. Maybe 8 people total inside eating. Asked for a Michelada and they gave me who knows what, but it didn't taste anything like a Michelada. Our fried pickles, appetizers, came out the same time our food did. They took about 40 minutes to get our food out, again, they were NOT busy. Will not recommend.

Last night, my husband, our kids (8 years old and 6 months), and I visited the restaurant for their Wednesday special on boneless wings, and we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service from Lacie! We decided to start with the pretzel appetizer and ordered the boneless wings in General Tso and teriyaki flavors. I also observed that the manager was very involved with the customers, actively providing service. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return!

I ordered the fried pickles and the grilled chicken salad, and everything was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful—clean and inviting—and the service was top-notch. Jasmin was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. As it was my first time at Hooters, I was really impressed, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I ordered delivery twice, spending $100 on subpar food, and this is the second time I've had this experience. The fries were undercooked, so I had to air-fry them myself. I didn't even eat a single bite. Food rating: 2/5.

The food is delicious, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
