Jack In The Box - Baytown

They couldn't make burgers, so I decided to try the egg rolls instead. They were hot and fresh, but nothing memorable. Food rating: 3/5.

There was no line when I arrived. The woman at the window seemed a bit unfriendly. I had a Jack in the Box from 45 days ago, which was questionable. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Every time I visit this place, the lobby is closed and the drive-thru line is always around ten cars long. Seriously, what's the point of having a lobby if you're not going to open it? This seems to be the only restaurant that operates this way. If you can’t get any employees to help out, maybe you should consider paying them more. Rating: 4/5.

This place is rough. There is always something that needs to be cleaned the taste of food, as it was fried in old oil, and the grill is hardly washed. The dining room was hot as if the AC was out. The people who work there seem to have sucked all the joy out of the eyes and are hardly for a paycheck. Jack in the box was better than a business and not a franchise.

The buttery jack meal I was given was horrible. The sandwich looked old. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location
