Jack In The Box - Baytown

This place is rough. There is always something that needs to be cleaned the taste of food, as it was fried in old oil, and the grill is hardly washed. The dining room was hot as if the AC was out. The people who work there seem to have sucked all the joy out of the eyes and are hardly for a paycheck. Jack in the box was better than a business and not a franchise.

The buttery jack meal I was given was horrible. The sandwich looked old. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location

Yall need to fix the sourdough toaster. It was so tough it was like eating beef jerkey. Other ingredients were fine. Fix that

The ladies at the window are always so friendly but this is now the 4th time I haven't gotten a Hashbrown with my breakfast combo and I have never from this location received my additional hashbrown that comes with making it a combo.This is a simple joy in my life right now and it sucks that the bare basic of the meal keeps getting overlooked at this location. All others in the area always have my complete combo. Tried to call the store and number is disconnected*editMy pancakes are also hard as rocks

Arrived about 11:15pm, went through drive through. Was immediately told they were closed, although they advertise 24/7. A little disappointed, but then again it is Jack in the box.
