I absolutely love this place! It’s always a great choice for a quick meal. The chicken gyro is amazing, and they have a wide variety of ice cream flavors. The service is consistently excellent; they always remember my order and have it ready in no time. This is definitely my favorite Greek restaurant!

Today, just for convenience, I decided to order takeout for myself and my father after work. I requested two gyros—one without onions—and a side of fries. When I picked up the order, I was shocked to see that it totaled nearly $34. I know food prices have risen, but $34 for two gyros and fries? There's a place in Melville that offers the same order for $24. When I got home and opened the order, I immediately saw that both gyros had been made without onions, despite my specific request. My father's sandwich was hot and satisfactory, but mine was poorly made. It had barely any tzatziki sauce, the meat was overcooked and dry, and it lacked the onions I asked for. To make matters worse, my pita was soggy, while the fries were cold, overcooked, dry, and tasteless—so much so that I initially thought they were sweet potato fries. They were simply awful. I decided to bring my sandwich back and ask for a remake, explaining that adding onions wouldn’t fix the overcooked meat and soggy pita. The staff was not pleased about remaking my order, but they eventually agreed. While the new pita remained soggy, the meat was fresh and juicy, and it included the tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce I had requested. However, upon checking my emails, I discovered a second receipt that charged my card for an extra sandwich without my knowledge. This is sheer greed! I will be disputing this charge with my bank tomorrow, and I can confidently say that I will never return to this restaurant again. I won’t recommend it to anyone, and I will certainly not order from them ever again. The food and service have both become dreadful. There are far better Greek restaurants nearby. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s truly the worst of the worst. A restaurant doesn’t need to be perfect, but they should own up to their mistakes and try to make customers happy. Clearly, this establishment lacks any sense of customer service or relation.
