Black Eyed Susans - BEACH HAVEN

Don't waste your money. eating is less than blah compared to the many wonderful restaurants on lbi.

Another amazing season at the Black Eyed Susans Koch Chris exaggerates every time, and there is nothing like the waiting staff that remembers your name or Ashley sits down to catch up with you at the end of the meal. If there is a special soup, you should always get it.

We were at Black before, during the summer and were blown away. Food was fabulous, perfect, spot before. We were disappointed this time. We have a reservation in the night before the last day of their season and felt that it was not as good as before. I wonder if the end of the season had something to do with it. Celebrated our 26th anniversary and was a little disappointed.

As usual, our culinary experience was excellent, service and food. Would definitely recommend Black Eyed Susan’s for not only eating every day, but also special occasions. Plan ahead, it is difficult to get reservations

As our first time and hearing personal reviews we were disappointed in the food. The service was ok but the owner was fabulous!!!! The best part was the bread ... the ambiance was great but the food was medioker !
