Charleys Philly Steaks (beachwood Mall)

I can always count on a sandwich from Charley's. The food is consistently good, and seeing familiar faces makes me feel more at ease, knowing my meal will be cooked well and taste great. Plus, the servers greet you with a smile, which adds to the experience!

I really enjoy the steaks here; they're always delicious and full of flavor. However, the cheese leaves something to be desired—it's just not great. The texture is more on the liquid side, which I don't really like. I'm also not a fan of the fries. If they could just get the nacho cheese flavor right, that would significantly improve the experience. Overall, it's a nice place with good service, and I mostly enjoy the food.
