Noce Gourmet Pizza - Beachwood

Today stopped during work in the area, only tried the Margarita pizza, but it was amazing, it wasn't the same old excessively acidic sauce the most places ended with. Crust had a nice knirschen could hold. Very impressed and plan to wait again to taste some of the other pizzas.

Noce is soooo much more than your typical pizza joint. Pizzas are interesting, creative, and made with quality ingredients, with hand-tossed crusts. Great salads. It's hard to find a place where you can just buy a slice, but there are several choices here if you just want a slice or two for lunch. Awesome place! We love it!

The smell was simply magnificent. The decor is clean, inviting, and different in a good way. I picked up pizzas for GrubHub and they were making an outdoor deck which I assume is also available now. Construction workers all got slices.

Just picked up an olive oil and garlic pizza. It was AWESOME. Fresh, crispy and not greasy at all. All of the pizzas looked amazing. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Beachwood.

Great atmosphere! This place is takeout only (no full service), so they always have pizzas ready to heat up. However, you can also order a whole cake if you're willing to wait a bit longer. The style is reminiscent of New York pizza, but with a crispier texture. The dough has an excellent flavor and balance, especially the crust. I tried the Margherita and vegan slices, and both had a good distribution of toppings and a nice sauce-to-crust ratio. They also had a Sicilian pizza that looked tempting, but I didn't get a chance to try it. An interesting option on the menu is the chicken lollipops, which they now serve.
