Dunkin' - Beacon Falls

Playing Christian music at your establishment is not a great idea. Most customers may not appreciate the religious messages, and honestly, the music itself is often not very good. Thankfully, the coffee here is quite mediocre; otherwise, I might have missed out on what could have been a convenient coffee shop.

The restaurant has its pros and cons. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

Always quick, always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. Plus, the interior is always inviting.

I went through the drive thru this morning at 5am and when I got to work I looked at my bank app I saw that I was charged twice for the same order. I should have realized something wasn’t right when I was given the wrong order. The staff needs to be better trained. Lesson
