Írjon visszajelzéstThis location used to be great when before the new ?manager? took over. They are always closing early, when they are open, they are rude, obnoxious, and just down right inconsiderate. It?s dirty, unsanitary and I don?t know how the health department hasn?tcome in and made them fix it. Most of the teenagers just sit around on their phones or huddle together in the corner. They musthave their manager wrapped around their finger because clearly she doesn?t know how to manage and they treat her like a doormat.I was there last week, and a gentleman maybe in his early twenties was yelling and cussing at his staff. They looked downrightscared. That?s who you have leading? I don?t know how this place is still open. They must have a few good ones in there to keepit up and running and picking up the slack. They need a mass overhaul to get in back up and running like it use to be. I keepgoing back in hopes it?ll get better. It was better when school was in session and adults were working in the mornings. MaybeI?ll stick to going during school hours and that angry man isn?t working.
Decided on a Sunday night to get Dairy Queen with my family for dinner. Walked in around 5:45pm and noticed a bunch of cleaning supplies everywhere and a couple of employees talking to a couple. The couple left and while we were standing and waiting toorder, 4-6 employees looked directly at us and then went back to cleaning. I had to ask if anyone was going to take our order ornot. Finally was able to order. Upon waiting for order, what I was guess was the manger(who looked very angry) went to the doorand locked it. Another family that was leaving went to open the door and was unable to get out. The door locks from the insidelocking everyone inside. At 6pm employees were informing any customers coming in after 6pm that they were closed and to go toMcDonald's. I went online to check their hours and their website stated along with a sign posted outside that they closed at9pm, not 6pm. Upon still waiting for food, one of the female employees who was restocking the spoons placed a glove on her handand the proceeded to play with her hair(her hair was mid forearm in length and loose) and then afterwards touched the plasticspoons. The way I look at is if you are telling potential customers to go to McDonald's and closing 3 hours before set time thenyou might as well close for good because that is ridiculous.
You couldn't ask for a better burger! It was hot, fresh, and generously portioned. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean.
I really love Dairy Queen, but I’m disappointed that this location is so inconsistent and unreliable. On at least two or three occasions, we’ve arrived only to find a note on the door stating that they are closed due to a shortage of staff. A special shout-out to my fellow Choco Brownie Extreme fans!
It's okay. They often run out of certain Blizzard flavors or simply don’t offer them. When you ask the staff a question, they act as if you’re bothering them. The cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired; some employees have long hair without hairnets, and I saw people handling money and food without wearing gloves first. Sometimes the Blizzards aren’t mixed properly, so the bottom half ends up being just soft serve. On my last visit, I ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard that had only two tiny pieces of strawberry in it, and it tasted mostly like vanilla. Additionally, the drive-thru service is very slow. This location is the only Dairy Queen with a drive-thru in the Tri-Cities area. I can’t really recommend this place, but if you’re craving something from there, you might not have much choice. I’ve never gotten sick from anything I’ve had here, so I’ll leave it up to you to decide whether to give it a try.
