Two teenage guys tonight were very attentive and polite and their genuine concern my friend and I were satisfied with our drinks was a remarkable breath of fresh air in customer service! Bravo ?

How many employees does it take to make a sandwich?Went to get breakfast with my girlfriend. A sausage on a biscuit with double meat, and a ham and Cheddar. Drove away only to find out they didn't give us the double meat (payed extra for it btw) the sandwich was slopped together with wilted nd dirty Lettuce, and there was no Cheddar on the HAM AND CHEDDAR?!?! Went back and took them a second to make the new food, but then there wAS NO CHEDDAR ON THE SANDWICH AGAIN?!?! So I had to go back in and get it remade a third time. Actually unreal. Train your staff better, dude. Seems to be a trend at your store from what i hear, yikes?? id be embarrassed if i was you. -1/5 Stars.EDIT: Shout out to bro who fixed the sandwich a third time tho, he was a chiller

As an ex Tim’s employee, you can tell the quality of training has gone down hill. Customer service is horrible, 9 out of 10 times i come here they mess up the food order, the staff is very rude, especially the younger employees who just never seem like they want to be there. This store really needs to retrain employees on how to properly make orders and how to have decent customer service skills

Please educate your staff on hand hygiene and proper food handling techniques. I sat and watched a young fellow wesrcjust one glove. He touched his face with that glove then touched food. He also touched everything with his involved hand. The point is to wash hands with soap before handling food. I saw a young girl changing the garbage and just rinsed her hands. No soap. Yikes!, it takes so little effort to keep it safe. One salmonella or E. coli outbreak will devastate a business.
