Had the tasting menu at West and what a fabulous experience. Food is fantastic and service excellent. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

The food at West is amazing. We had the tasting menu which was a joy. Fergal was a great host, informative and good fun. The beef was the nicest I have ever eaten, tender and full of flavour. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful meal from start to finish in appearance, creativity and taste. I asked to be surprised with a sweet/tart non-alcoholic drink and was delighted. My sister enjoyed her whisky concoction. I don’t want to give away the surprises but West’s ingenuity in flavors and presentation was breathtaking, unparalleled. The staff was delightful. They even gave us gifts to take home. I will remember this meal the rest of my life and highly recommend this restaurant.

Very memorable dining experience! Modern, elevated food and just very innovative— flavors I haven’t tried before. Anniversaries dinner and it was a fun way to celebrate! We were there for over 2 hours for the tasting menu — servive, food, everything was wonderful!
