Beatrice Bakery Company

This review is only for the lack of communication for my order. I ordered on Dec 9th online and wanted the items delivered BEFORE Christmas. I made a call to them wondering what happened to the order since my sister told me she never received. customer service was very sweet but apologized and never offered even a discount on my items. all I got was an apology. So I'm upset with their non-chalant attitude. I won't be trying this bakery again.

Ordered this fruitcake from online shopping and it was the best fruitcake I have ever had. It is moist and a perfect amount of alcohol for the best flavor. All my neighbors love it and especially the husband. Better price here at Beatrices Bakery.

FANTASTIC fruit cake, all kinds. Like my grandmother used to make, not much cake, lots of nuts and fruit.

Walking into the Beatrice baking company was akin to stepping into a world that seemed ever so far away from the one I just left.As we walk into the bakery's storefront, you are met with what seems to be one of the most welcoming environments I have experienced in recent memory. Cedar adorns the storefront's exterior, providing a visually delicious experience. As you open the door you are met by a kind and caring individual who seems to understand the value of where they ar. Robin Meadows with an introduction and a tour of their fine products.Just know that when you go in to this experience, you will come out with a better respect for the craft and tradition that goes into each and every product that the Beatrice bakery company creates. I have always loved fruitcakes. Some good n some are not. I ordered from Beatrice Bakery a non alcohol fruitcake and it's the very best I have ever eaten. I have found the perfect fruitcake..everything about it..the cake flavor..the raisins..loaded with nuts..no tangy citron fruit.If you have never tasted fruitcake..try this and you will become fruitcake lover.I will always get my fruitcakes from Beatrice Bakery. The prices are reasonable for anyone to afford and for me as Senior person . Thank you Beatrice Bakery!
