We ordered a strawberry pie for Mother's Day, based on pastry cream. When we recovered this pie on Sunday, it was based on whipped cream. After checking the bakery notices its mistake and proposes to redo the good pie with the pastry cream. We recover this pie without checking, but we trust this craftsman. What a mistake because at the time of serving we see that this pie is the same as the 1st, the patissier just removed the whisk to restore MY pastry cream and handed over the strawberries still covered with whipped. We trusted, we told them that the mistake was human, especially since we were offered a new pie. It's INADMISSIBLE and we can't advise this bakery.

I'm not sure the wand on May 2 is the day... rather the day before. We cut with crumbs everywhere. Really limited.
