The service was excellent and the chicken channels were fresh and hot. Food rating: 5/5.

I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes today, and not a single person acknowledged me. There was a car in front of me, and despite the long wait, no one came to let me know they would be with me shortly. Five minutes can feel like forever, especially when you’re left wondering if anyone is aware you're waiting. Good customer service shouldn’t be that hard to achieve. Food rating: 1/5.

A chicken tsar's family meal ordered and received no cookies. A few weeks later landed and ordered the same and received a bucket of mixed chicken. Bad service. Manger was very rude about the phone when I called to complain what they did.

First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer that came in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To many times these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I got there. Not many places in the industry are like that.

We had a pretty good experience here. We came at a very busy time during spring break travel and the food was excellent as usual. When you have a recipe made of pure gold I guess it's kind of hard to mess it up LOL. We had chicken as a family and it was awesome.
