Kfc - Beaumont

A chicken tsar's family meal ordered and received no cookies. A few weeks later landed and ordered the same and received a bucket of mixed chicken. Bad service. Manger was very rude about the phone when I called to complain what they did.

First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer that came in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To many times these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I got there. Not many places in the industry are like that.

They gave me old cold stale fries at first good thing I checked my order before driving off! Then I asked for some Fresh fries and changed mine to corn which had NO taste or seasoning of any kind not even butter on it, Yuky! I wasted over $17 for 2 chicken sandwich meals and the sandwiches chicken was hard too! NEVER again!!!

We had a pretty good experience here. We came at a very busy time during spring break travel and the food was excellent as usual. When you have a recipe made of pure gold I guess it's kind of hard to mess it up LOL. We had chicken as a family and it was awesome.

The service was great the workers did an great job but the eating area was warm and not comfortable to eat in. Please fix your A/C!!!!
