Nozawa - Beaver Creek

So if you know, there is an authentic Hibachi experience and there is the irrigated Hibachi experience. DIES is DEFINITELY AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE! I loved hibachi when I was younger, this place brought me back to love Hibachi! I've been shown two new tricks that I've never seen so beautiful! Great restaurant with competent friendly staff. Great food! Why are you still reading over there?

Food was delicious. Sushi was very fresh. Great menu. Lots of options for everyone. Can't wait to try something new next time we visit the area.

The Habachi dinner show was a blast—really fun and entertaining! The food was of decent quality, and the sushi was delicious. Considering we're in the mountains and facing tough competition from nearby resorts, the food and prices are fantastic. It was our first time here, and the atmosphere felt very friendly and personal, especially with the two other parties at our table.

The show was enjoyable, and the boss had a great sense of humor. The Spicy Tuna was tasty, but surprisingly, the fried rice was even better the next day. The chicken was perfectly cooked, neither over nor under. The potstickers were delightful, especially when paired with the dipping sauce.

I was truly impressed and excited about the service I received. The young men serving us did an excellent job. Nowadays, it's rare to find quality service, as many restaurants are understaffed, employees are overworked, and customers can often be quite rude. However, Nozawa provided the best service I've experienced in years! It took me back to the good old days. Hats off to the staff!
