The service was a bit slow, but they quickly brought out the appetizers. It seemed they were understaffed given the large outdoor seating area. Our server did her best and was friendly. It took almost an hour for my fish tacos to arrive, but the wait was worth it.

This restaurant was beautiful and fun. I have been coming to Kelly's for many years, but it seems like things have changed. The staff appeared to be struggling and the food was not as good as I remembered. The prices were a bit high. Thankfully, my group of 8 was determined to have a good time, otherwise it would have been a terrible experience.
