We were first-time customers at Omaha Steaks and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The manager was incredibly friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about their products. She assisted us in choosing the perfect gift for our recipient, even opening the boxes to show us the items inside and wrapping them beautifully and simply. She provided helpful tips on how to package the items for shipping or travel and even recommended merchants who supply the dry ice we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for gifts, whether for travel or personal use. They have in-store specials that aren’t listed on the website, and they even gave us a discount card for our next visit. Thank you, Omaha Steaks!

On St. Patty’s Day, going out for dinner can feel like a risky choice. So, I decided to head to Omaha for the first time instead. Although they were out of the $49 special, I opted for the $119 package, which included 12 meals that were enough to create 8 dinners, complete with desserts. I also grabbed a six-pack of Summer Shandy and received excellent cooking instructions for a 15-minute meal that turned out to be much better than dining at any local restaurant. It was a great value, and the customer service was fantastic!
