Young people working were friendly but know nothing about upselling. I would 've got the strawberry straw if I had seen it before I ordered ... and I wanted Detox Island Green and got the sugared version. The most annoying part was the app could not come up and didn 't get to use it, no mention of the app as well...

Good, sometimes it barely has enough sugar or any other ingredient, and sometimes it tastes bland. I always eat the Blimey Limey. Very good sometimes. I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied with this food chain. Keep it up! :

They close at 9pm, yet they shut the press off early so you can 't order any food that needs the press. I asked if they were closing early and she replied, no, we close at 9 I simply told her it was 830p. If you are open until 9, you should be fully functioning until 9. She hands me 4 smoothies with no drink carrier, I asked for one and she sat one down, wrapped in a plastic bag and walked away. My husband 's smoothie had NO flavor.

Food is not that great didn't like their bread they use for sandwich plus their drink tropical fruit drink was like 450 calories Plus 90 g of sugar I don't understand why they try to say this is a healthy place to eat won't go back

Smoothie was great customer service horrible. Walked in and they weren't busy the individual at the counter goes what you want? I gave my order she laughing at me when I give my name. Then comes back with my smoothing says here. Something seemed off. As someone in customer service basic kindness and professionalism go along ways.
