Crusty Pizza - Beaverton

Seems like the owners of this place simply don’t care for their customers… every negative review is exactly the same… don’t understand how a pizza can take 5hrs to deliver, AND get told “it’s your fault for ordering specific topping we don’t have”Seriously?

I cannot begin to express how horrible their service is! Insane!Ordered at 5pm for 7:30 delivery and they absolutely did not deliver. At 8:30 they claimed they lost contact with the driver. Ordered for our group of 13 people and eventually just had to go in to the store at 9:30 and ask for a refund. It was horrible!Their service and delivery is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO!!!!

I would give this place a 0/5. This is the worst place I’ve visited. They promised our pizza at 7:30 pm we ordered at 3:30. It never showed up, they said they lost contact with the driver??? We live in Canada- what does that mean?Overall avoid this place. You’re never getting your pizza

Avoid this place at all costs. We placed an order at 5pm and at 10pm it STILL did not arrive and was not ready for even pick up. We called multiple times and they continuously said 10-15 minutes till it is ready but hours later it still was not. The worst service I have ever

Pizza here is always great. The dough is just simply amazing and the staff is awesome.
