This place is fabulous if I could rate it higher than 5 stars, i would! the owner is so incredibly nice! fix me a dew mountain while waiting for my To-Go order when I offered to pay, he refused to accept! he even offered to lead my food can to my car! they can not find more friendly staff than this! eating was incredible! genuine, authentic, delicious, fresh Italian food! I ordered a stromboli a calzone for my man i, both small sizes they were gigantic! for just $8 change something? You can't beat that! the best first experience here! I will certainly be back to be sure to spread the word about it in the meantime! beaver padrinos! this place very well they can all get out of the business between their extraordinary customer service incredible food!

The food was great! The service was not up to standard. Need to have someone on the cash register...and they could check on people from time to time. we will give it one more try in hopes these issues get resolved, because of the good food..

Food was really good but some suggestions. 1. The sauce was limited for the calzones. It was served in a small container. At .50 cents per extra sauce container, that adds up! My friend had 5 extra sauces and that came up to $2.50 more for her plate. 2. It's a bit of a wait. Not really an issue but if going there for lunch during your lunch break from work, it can be too long of a wait. 3. Someone needs to know how to use the register. It took to long to pay the bill and you can't add the tip from a credit card. I know this place is new, but seriously, it doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't handle the other aspects of the business. If they can fix these minor issues, it will be great! The food really was great!

Today was our second visit. It took a while to be seated, and we were not actually seated, a waitress motioned from the desk which booth we should sit at. She then brought menus and napkins, we ordered an appetizer then. We waited 40 minutes before she ever came back to take our order. Order was taken when she brought the app. We had no plates for the appetizer. It took another 40 minutes to get our food, which a different waitress brought. My stuffed shells were supposed to come with a salad, I never got that. The waitress came back and asked if we needed boxes...we had had our food for approximately 3 minutes.....I told her we really didnt know if we needed a box since we just started eating. The food is very good, which is unfortunate given the service is absolutely terrible. This waitress has clearly had absolutely NO training. Only one person can run the cash register, and again another wait for this, our ticket was never brought to the table. Were just exhausted and done by the time we left. It should not take nearly 2 hours to get lunch. No one asked how our experience was upon checking out....pack a snack if you plan to try this place....dont go hungry. Upside, the calzone is excellent...

I would say take this review with a grain of salt, but there probably isn’t any salt left as it was all used on my husbands steak sandwich. We sat for the upwards of 20+ minutes with no drink refills, no waitress coming to check on us, and after we finished eating, we weren’t even allowed to pay until the waitress came around with our bill, which took the upwards of also about 20+ minutes. To top it off, another woman, who wasn’t even our waitress came to “check on us” but quickly turned to another table before I could even utter the words “ketchup please?” for my cold fries. Granted, a fairly large church gathering was going on at the same time we were there, but only having two women running around like maniacs trying to please this larger group, and forgetting about their smaller parties to try and please this large group shouldn’t be a thing. To wrap up this review, before we could even get our bill, refills, or even ketchup for fries, this fairly large group had been waited on, drinks brought out and refilled, and their food presented before we could get so much as acknowledged.
