Always wonderful service, and the meal was great! Best steak in town!

Our dinner at Char was excellent!! We were traveling and went here to celebrate a birthday dinner while on the road. Everything was superb. My husband had oysters for an appetizer and they were fresh, the salads and house dressing were outstanding, I had Scallops and husband had bone in Ribeye for our entrées. Hubby said he had never had a more tender Ribeye, my Scallops were pan seared and seasoned to perfection. The desserts were very good too. I did ask for a candle for my husband's b'day and our waitress did not bring one, only downfall.

Dee our waitress was absolutely fabulous! Our meal starting with escargot and salads , then we had entrees of filet kabobs and surf and turf. Lobster and princess filet!! AMAZING!! Of course you have to have a Jameson and ginger ale with a fresh slice of lime! Wala perfect meal! We didn't have to wait very long, our bar waitress Layla was funny and entertaining! We loved our experience! We will definitely be back thank you Char for a wonderful Valentine's dinner!

Great food and service! If ever, the service was almost too fast, but still give them 5 stars. Great ambience with views of the fountain, pond and geese.
