Mcdonalds Restaurants - Bedford

It's clear that this restaurant had a bad experience when you finish your McFlurry in the car before the rest of your food arrives. The wait wasn't worth it, especially since they put bacon on the burger when asked not to. The fries were cold and soggy, and they didn't provide any sauces despite asking for them. The chicken selects were small and disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience. They don't deserve to remain open. I'll be going to Costa from now on.

Called in here for breakfast not busy but so slow was the service. Some staff just standing and chatting. While we were eating the majority of orders being taken out to cars were being returned. The staff member was not even checking the receipts. One customer we saw drive off had to come back. By the time we left the queue was so large it looked like a lunchtime. Would not go here again

Food was hot, easy to order and table service was swift. Staff were constantly wiping down tables and cleaning. The staff actually looked happy getting on with making the place presentable. Much better than many McDonalds I have been in. Was a good place to pop into during shopping trip.

Went today 5/5/19 for bfest very busy lots of staff wait ages 4 food very slow going down hill not as good as it has been poor service

Wow fast food this was not. It was 4.30 pm just before the rush (god knows how they cope when it’s busy) we ordered a salad (not difficult) and some chicken selects (again not a difficult order) and by 4.45pm I had to go and ask where my order was because my son stood waiting (when it tells you your order is ready) just wasn’t enough to prompt someone to talk to him. After getting the order wrong twice then handing me cold chicken selects I finally got my order. Hurrah! We ate, it was good enough until I happened to glance at my lid for my salad and it was made at 8am that morning and went out of date at 15.54pm. Almost an hour before I’d ordered. Sort it out McDonald’s! The only person worth their salt was Blanka. I think he was the mgr on duty should be outside emptying the bins. Maybe that’s what he usually does and he was helping out today (or not checking his phone and picking his nose in front of customers).
