The worst Chinese I have ever had. If I could have given minus I would. I had chicken and cashews. The chicken had been boiled so tasteless. It had 2 pieces of carrot. Mostly it was both bamboo shoots and waterchestnut both of those I hate. There simply was no taste. I also had the wonton soup. The liquid was dark and gluggly. Everywhere else in the world I have had this soup, the liquid was clear and extremely tasty. Nothing about this meal was nice. My brother had the chicken chowmein. This too lack flavour. Our chowmeins, are crammed with vegetables. The pancake rolls were nearly passable but only because we added sauce. The highlight was the prawn crackers. Never again for us. I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant for dinner and it was amazing. The price per person was around £30-40. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

I think this restaurant has changed ownership since my last visit. The spring rolls were terrible - smaller, soggier, and greasier, with an overwhelming amount of salt that masked any flavor. The chicken chow mein was also disappointing - I couldn't even finish it. The sweet and sour chicken balls were overcooked as well. Overall, the food was lacking in quality. The service was for takeout, and the cost per person was between £1-10 for dinner.
