Rooted - Bedford

The title speaks for itself - skip the Burger King next door and enjoy a real meal here!

A few months ago I had lunch at this restaurant, which offers many vegan options like paninis and sandwiches. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, and the staff was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it!

A great caffe and so nice to see a dedicated vegetarian/veganen place in bedford. beautiful atmosphere, good eating and drinking and always a good choice. very nice cake and always a lot of choice for vegan also. try the tlt (tofu, salate and tomato) roasted sandwich delicious!

Whenever I meet my friend in Bedford, I always make sure to dine at this restaurant. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about whether they could accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they offer a variety of gluten-free bread options, but I even had the choice between white and brown gluten-free bread! Their vegan options are also excellent, and they serve delicious juices. I absolutely adore this place.

A nice little find near Bedford town centre. The lady at the counter was very friendly although service was a little slow, I think perhaps we were the first customers of the day though so maybe the coffee machine wasn't fully heated up. There were a couple of vegan cakes on offer, I tried the chocolate cake which was lovely and moist. The only negative was that on their website I thought it said the scones were vegan but I was told when we got there that they actually contain milk Definitely worth a visit though.
