Eight of the party had never dined there before and were blown away by everything saying it was the best dining experience they had ever had... I would say 5 stars is not enough... Mine-Host was as ever superb.
The place for us for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, meeting friends or just wanting a relaxing evening with great food and service. We need to drive 30 minutes, but it is worth it. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the owners are extremely entertaining, in a positive way and the food is presented beautifully and tastes fantastic. We’ll be back over and over again, just one warning, you need to book.
Bedfordshire's best kept secret and undoubtedly the best restaurant in the county. The menu is amazing, the service is very attentive and the setting is beautiful. It's perfect for a romantic meal for two, special occasions or a group booking. They are only open Wednesday to Saturday, and don't really have a large online presence. Don't let that deter you as it is obvious this restaurant doesn't need to push themselves. This is a must booking if you are seeking fine dining with exemplary food and service.
A dream of a place. Beautiful restaurant with an amazing garden. Food is delicious and art on a plate. The owners are brilliant, making sure that your experience at their restaurant is special. Been there a few times, and cannot think of anything negative to say about the place.
What truly stands out about this establishment is the owners' presence; Raff and Franco are actively engaged with their guests, showing genuine interest in their needs and desires. They embody the spirit of true restaurateurs. Over the years, the art of restaurant management has evolved, yet Italian hospitality remains unparalleled in keeping the essence alive. These two brothers-in-law adhere to the core principles of this profession: being a gracious host, engaging with customers, and creating memorable experiences that encourage return visits.
