Kfc - Bedford

These people needs to be taught how to talk and how to operate a restaurant, pretty bad customer service. Multiple people on the microphone at once which makes it hard to understand. I understand it?s KFC but Management really needs to invest sometimedeveloping the team?s professionalism. Also drive thru individuals were touching money, serving food, and closing/opening doorswith the same gloves. If you want fast and clean service don?t go here.

We went through the drive thru at 5:30 on August 2nd and the woman was rude she shut the drive thru window in my face when she brought our food she threw it in the car at me she shouldn't work her also the sandwiches was terrible and was fatty. Youshouldn't have anyone with this attitude working here worst experience ever and I will tell everyone I know avoid thisrestaurant.

Employees worked on themselves. she was apologetic, friendly, efficient and pretty fast. eating was super hot and fresh. Seriously, it hates. amazing work!

Food was good that we ordered through the drive thru. Only one complaint, we were short several pieces of chicken. It was on July 4th and they seemed ready to be done with work.

WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO SPEAK W SOMEONE ABOUT LARGE ORDER. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER.. WENT ONLINE AND PLACED ORDER. WAITED THEN WENT TO PICK UP AND WAS GREETED MY THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MEET. 1.. DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER.2 CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ORDER AND 3 THE STAFF AWFUL!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NOT WORTH IT!!!
