Jersey Giant Pizza - Bee Cave

The food at this restaurant is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I'm particularly impressed with their handmade dough pizza! The stuffed bread with feta and spinach is also fantastic. The manager is very nice and kind. However, I wish they would include the correct dipping sauces, as I had to pay extra for them. Unfortunately, I ordered four and they were all incorrect. Despite this, I still recommend this great Domino's!

I’ve ordered delivery from this location several times. I’ve gotten almost all my deliveries late with a starving child. I’ll be waiting for my food which I notice about an hour has gone by. Then when I contact the store they tell me twenty minutes which then turns into thirty. When I contact the store again it changes to fifteen minutes. Which drags on longer until about 2 and a half hours later my food arrives. I’m tired of this store not delivering on time and if they can’t deliver it on time they should tell their customers then about the wait time. It’s not fair that I order food at 6 and it arrives at 8:30.

The positive: The food is consistently cooked to my specifications and is of good quality. The negative: The delivery times are often unpredictable, taking much longer than I expect. This issue occurs whether I order during lunchtime, dinner, or at off-peak hours. Although I don’t blame the employees for this, it leads me to believe that the restaurant may be seriously understaffed. Overall, while the food quality is commendable, the delivery service timing needs improvement.

Everything was fine, but the girl at the counter could have been a bit friendlier. My only real annoyance came from having to pay for Parmesan cheese. What’s up with that? It seems to be a thing around Lake Way. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

If they could make sure we get the full order, including the icing, I would give them 5 stars.
