**Pros:** The rooms are clean and pleasantly scented. I especially loved the studio suite, which is well-equipped for families. **Cons:** However, the breakfast was disappointing. Compared to La Quinta, I would rate this breakfast as just one star. The bread was served in bowls, and there was a towel draped over the crockpot, which was unappealing. These small issues really affected my overall experience. If the management could address these matters, as shown in the photos, it would significantly improve things. On a positive note, the price was excellent!

The employee glanced at his phone and refused to assist the lady at that point. She pointed out that if he could be on his phone, he could check them in. In response, he rudely canceled her reservation and threatened to call the police on her, which was absurd. She asked to speak with the manager, who called her but then went to the back where we couldn't hear the conversation. When he emerged, the lady loudly asked if she could speak to the manager again, and the staff member claimed she had been screaming, which was a complete fabrication; she was only mildly rude. This guy was unnecessarily rude, and the manager seemed to side with him rather than her. As for myself, I didn’t get checked in until about 3:20 PM, likely because the office worker was preoccupied with the issues from earlier. That evening, I was woken up around 6:00 AM due to the loud noise coming from the breakfast area. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn in Belgrade, where the staff is friendly, and you can actually get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay! While there were a few cosmetic issues in the room that indicate the hotel isn't brand new, it's clear that the staff works hard to maintain its beauty. We had a disabled-access room, which provided plenty of storage space. The breakfast was substantial, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of hot tea options. We all went back to the Rielbasa for seconds! The breakfast attendant was exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever seen—quiet and comfortable as well.

Dog spots on carpet when entering the room. Bathroom could use some cleaning. Smell in the room. Breakfast lady first two morning was very friendly, kept everything in stock, and cleaned of tables. The third morning man, not like that. We thought we'd try this hotel because we're a lot in Belgrade. Don't stay here agian.

Came into our room and the entire bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Wet towels left from the past guests on the ground. Open soap bars and wrappers left in the shower. Sink dirty. Bathtub dirty. Like you can’t even pick up the past guests towels and garbage?! Terrible.
