Montana Trout Wranglers - Belgrade

I had an excellent day fishing with Billy on the Madison River. Even though it was quite hot and the fishing was challenging, Billy was there to guide my son and me as we learned the basics of fly fishing. We had a fantastic time! I highly recommend Trout Wranglers to anyone looking for a great fishing experience!

We had an amazing experience! Dane paired us with Bert, who was our guide. His knowledge and patience were truly exceptional. He broke down the complexities of fly fishing into easy-to-understand terms, making it perfect for us as beginners. Not only did we learn a lot, but we also caught plenty of fish! Wonderful communication, flexibility and customer service. We had to cancel our original trip due to potential COVID exposure, but very accommodating to reschedule a few weeks later. When we did get out we had a wonderful and relaxing time with our guide Burt on the Madison River. He answered all our silly questions and was very patient and informative throughout the day with us first time anglers. Then Dane (the owner) really saved the day when he took our frantic phone call at 10pm, getting out of bed to go find our left suitcase at the meeting spot and shipping it us! Would definitely use Trout Wranglers again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything Dane !
