Starbucks - Belgrade

This is probably the worst experience at a Starbucks I?ve ever had. The lady behind the counter with brown hair and glasses was absolutely rude. Wouldn?t look at me when I spoke to her, snapped at me when I checked that my drink was iced and I?m pretty sure shorted me on the number of shots I was supposed to have in my macchiato. Not only that it was not made properly as it was mixed together like a latte instead of layered with espresso on top and milk on bottom. I don?t pay higher prices for coffee at Starbucks to be shorted on customer service and quality..

Stopped by very early (shortly after open) and was met by a pleasant barista who was happy to take our order and make our drinks. Loved her attitude, and she made great drinks!

Cash and Victoria were fantastic! I had a problem with my previous order, and Cas was more than willing to resolve it. I am truly impressed and very pleased with this restaurant!

It's decent, but I’d prefer to go to one of those cozy, hidden coffee shops instead. There, you can actually feel a difference in your mood when you sip your morning cup.

What wonderful nice people work at this location. I wish I got their names but the two ladies working this morning 2/25 are awesome.
