Taco Bus Authentic Mexican Food

My friends and I stopped for dinner on our road trip from Colorado to Washington. I was let down by the chile relleno, as there was too much egg and not enough cheese. However, the chimichanga was large and delicious. The service was excellent and made me want to return. Overall, a decent dining experience.

The restaurant offers friendly service and delicious food. It is located just a short walk from the truck station.

It's unbelievable how much delicious food they can serve out of a bus. We really enjoyed our meal there and left feeling satisfied.

Only ever had the carne asada tacos here. Simply delicious.Trying to eat outside can be a challenge when it's snowing/raining/windy. When it's sunny and calm though, it's great!
